Description:
Mischievous teenager Liu Songsong accidentally travels back to the time of the Tang Dynasty where he saves a young Li Bai, forming a close friendship. Encouraged by his new “prophetic” friend, Li Bai embarks on a journey of self-discovery, gradually becoming a poetic genius. Back in the present, Liu Songsong is challenged to a debate about Li Bai. He finds the key to winning by returning again to the Tang Dynasty. See Chinese martial arts, Peking opera, calligraphy and classical Chinese dance blend in this mesmerising bilingual musical journey, showcasing the talent of the young performers.
