Boston, 1984. Whitey Bulger was Boston's most notorious crime boss and listed on the FBI's Most Wanted list for 16 years. He was caught in 2011, charged with 19 murders and found guilty of 11. His brother, Billy, was a Massachusetts state senate president. In this origin story, Billy shares secret details about Whitey and his broken relationship with their father.
