An impactful shorts programme drawing out intergenerational memories across the globe, from Scotland to Sierra Leone. This year’s out-of-competition shorts are a breathtaking melting pot of genre cinema, from experimental documentary exploring autism in Britain to magical realist fantasy and horror. The programme brings to the UK for the first time some of the world’s finest filmmaking from an array of pioneering practitioners. Cert: 12A.
